1. Who we are
Glasvey (“we”, “us”) makes premium website templates, AI prompts and assets, and builds custom websites. We are based in Lagos, Nigeria. Contact: hello@glasvey.com.
2. What we sell
- Single templates ($29): one template’s prompts, assets and setup notes, in a Google Drive folder, for as long as Glasvey operates.
- All-access ($69, one-time; normally $99): access to every template in the library and every template we add later, for as long as Glasvey operates. The launch price applies until the date shown on the site; after that it’s $99.
- Custom projects: websites we design and build for you, priced by quote.
Prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time; changes don’t affect purchases already made.
3. Payments
Orders are processed by Gumroad, which handles payment, receipts and, where it applies, sales tax and VAT. By buying, you also agree to Gumroad’s terms. We never see or store your card details.
4. Access and license keys
After payment, Gumroad gives you a key on your receipt. Redeem it at glasvey.com/redeem with a Google account and we share the purchase’s Google Drive folder with that account, view-only. A template key is worth as many templates of your choice as you bought on that order: each choice is confirmed by email, and once confirmed it stays on the key and can’t be swapped. A key works on up to two Google accounts. Your license is for one person (or one company): don’t share your code, the folder or its files. We may remove access that is shared, leaked or used in breach of these terms.
Access lasts for as long as Glasvey operates. If we ever shut down, we’ll give buyers reasonable notice to download what they’ve bought.
5. Commercial license
You may:
- Use templates, prompts and assets to build websites for yourself or your clients, including paid client work.
- Change them however you like.
- Build as many end websites as you want.
You may not:
- Resell, share, give away or redistribute the templates, prompts or assets themselves, as they are or modified, including as your own template packs, prompt libraries or AI tools.
- Upload them to marketplaces such as ThemeForest, Framer, Gumroad or similar.
- Use any asset as part of a logo or trademark.
- Claim the templates themselves as your own original product.
Fonts, code libraries (such as Three.js and GSAP) and other third-party parts keep their own licenses, which you must follow. Some images and media are AI-generated; we grant rights to them only to the extent we hold them.
6. Custom projects
Scope, price, timeline and number of revision rounds are set in a written quote or proposal for each project. Unless that proposal says otherwise:
- A 50% deposit is due before work starts and is non-refundable once work has begun.
- The balance is due before final files are handed over or the site goes live.
- You own the final website once paid in full. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
- You are responsible for the content you give us and for having the rights to it.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t use our products or site to break the law, infringe others’ rights, spread malware, or try to break, copy or scrape the site or the shared folders.
8. Our intellectual property
Glasvey owns the templates, prompts, assets, site design, name and logo, except third-party parts. Buying gives you a license to use them as described above, not ownership of them.
9. No warranty
Templates and prompts are provided “as is”. AI tools change over time, so results from a prompt may vary between tools and versions. We don’t guarantee any particular business result from using our products.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or project the claim relates to. We aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lagos State, unless the law of your country gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere.
